I have a 23-ft class C, and although several people have told me I'll most likely want to trade up to something larger, I've found this little MH perfect for one person. It doesn't have a separate bedroom, but the couch is just fine. I seldom pull it out into a bed as it is very comfortable as is with a one-inch comfort foam pad doubled over (I keep the sheet on it) with a comforter or light blanket on top. So easy. One woman at this RV park had this same model in a 25' size, including a full bedroom. However, it seemed like including that bedroom as a slide changed the floorplan too much. I love the kitchen and bathroom in the rear by the door, not in the center of the coach. I also prefer the table and bench seats across from the couch, as they are in mine. Hers didn't have them; instead, had a table stuck in a hole in the floor in front of the couch. I noticed she'd taken it out.
This is very easy to drive and tow a vehicle. However, a warning from recent experience: be sure to put the toad into NEUTRAL when towing, don't leave it in gear. Probably the most expensive I've learned so far. :( "Live well, laugh often, love much."
