Julie, I hate to pop your balloon, but I don't think your Honda can SAFELY tow that Trailmanor. When you try to figure weight, you've got to add propane, anything you're going to carry, food, water, the passengers in your car ... it adds up quickly.
There's another website that discusses this at length (PM me if you're interested). Many people feel that to be safe, only tow 80% of your vehicle's towable "allowance". If you go with that rule of thumb, you're tip-toeing that line. Also, your Pilot is definitely going to feel that much trailer behind it, and you may not be able to add sway control to your car. I have friends who tow with the Honda pick-up (can't remember its name), and to add sway control would void its warranty.
Again, I'm not trying to sound like Ms. Gloom-and-Doom, but I'd be really, really hesitant to tow that size trailer with your Honda. Good luck! Laura & Jed 19' Shamrock Hybrid

I vote for a MH. I've had the truck and trailer and really liked but it's a lot of work for one person. I travel alone so all the hitching, setup,takedown etc. gets done by me alone. I have no RV now but am looking toward a van-type or very small class C MH in the future. I like the security of not having to leave my rig for bathroom breaks and having a generator so I could just stop and sleep a couple hours and have air conditioning while I travel. I like the idea of a scooter to get around on otherwise. I really am tired of towing.
