Hello, Janette -
Yes, quite a few of us drive C's. And quite a few have B's and A's and fivers and trailers. We are a varied group.
Welcome to the group. I'm sure you'll hear from many of the others.

Hi Jan I have a 5th wheel so am not any help to you with class C info, but I still wanted to say HI !! Hopefully some of the ladies with class C's will jump in - do you have specific questions or just wanting to "talk" to class C owners ? I did look at them and there sure are some nice ones - there are days I wish I'd gone that route :D Trudy, Molly & Murphy 37' Montana 5th wheel - "be the kind of person your dog thinks you are"

Hello Just checking back in. Have been too busy to take out the RV. I'm hoping to get out this weekend... My family keeps me busy! The weather has been great in K.C. this summer for camping. But haven't been able to get out much. Camping is my get away from the stress of life. I have a 1995 Fleetwood Class C. My husband didn t want to buy it so it is in my name. If anything goes wrong with it he reminds me it is mine. But he does take care of most things on it. It took me several times out by myself in it to feel confident I could do this!!!!! Now I enjoy it when other women see me out driving it by myself. Take care out there, Jan Jesus Loves You,Jan

Jan, good to hear you have a C and feel comfortable using it and enjoy camping in it. As I said earlier, our C was my favorite RV of all we owned. Truthfully, I wish Milt and I still had it!! :)
Good your husband will take care of problems with it, although he isn't interested in having/using one..
We have quite a few gals who leave the DH home and sally forth to thoroughly enjoy their RV's!! Of course, the majority of our members are single.
Don't be a stranger, Jan. Come on back and visit with us.. We'd love to see more of you!
Happy RVing!

Hello everyone,I just joined tonight. I was searching for RV forums and yours was the first one that caught my attention. I'm looking to purchase an RV, C class and have been venturing out to the RV shows, dealers, want ads, etc. to get a feel for what I may like & plan on renting one for a few wknds to get comfortable driving & living in one.
God willing, my desire is to RV full time. I'm in the process of selling my home and already have a storage facility. This is a lifestyle change to better prepare me for retirement. I'm single & my children are very grown & on their own. So, I figured in order to get acclamated to this new lifestyle, I needed to make some new friends living the lifestyle.
So nice to meet you all & hope to get to know you and learn from your experiences.
J.

Soon2berv, Welcome! I'm so excited for you. Looking is so much fun. That is the stage I'm in but with the down spiril in the economy I have halted my search for a bit. Keep us posted on what you are looking at. Take pictures of the ones you like and share them with us. Even the ones that already own RVs love looking. Take care! Lenora & Choco
