Just thought of something else, Sheila. Don't they have an end cap for the dump valve that has a garden hose opening and cover? Think I remember seeing something in CW's catalog - maybe Wally World has it? or the closest RV place? That way you could hook up a long garden hose and run it out beyond the cemented driveway for your gray water. Wouldn't be as shocking to others as the large sewer hose, so folks wouldn't think you were dumping your black tank!
When we bought our last place, there was a clean-out sewer pipe and we always thought it would be a great idea to run a very long sewer hose under the crawl space and hook it up so we could dump both tanks at home. Turned out that it was a slight uphill run instead of downhill from where the rig was parked. Sigh! It was a great solution - too bad we couldn't do it!
I'm sure you'll manage. You have years and years of experience making do, so you'll be fine. Actually, you're doing very well making all these decisions alone. I found that was (and perhaps still is) the hardest part - figuring everything with only one brain instead of two, when for so many years the two brains worked together.
