why can't you post a link? it went through for me and I suffered through the stop and go that going to utube cause me...it was cute thanks for posting it

didn't try yours Martha was tired of the stop and go that I get when I go to utube

I'm sure my inability to post links has to do with settings within my new laptop, Sheila. The link box comes up....but it's blank. Same thing happens with the Smiley box....BUT that one freezes up and my only fix it to close the Forum and come back in. DRAT!!

Maybe Dave has a suggestion for me.. Or maybe one of our hidden computer guru members?

Martha, I opened your link by copying and pasting.. I loved that "talking dog". Mine can do that, I'm sure.. Grin.

I remember once Sharon was visiting us--- and she was on the couch with laptop and one of our girls cuddled up next to her... I told Sharon "Be careful, she types".... hahaha!

Enjoy your day... I will. Haircut and "do".... and grocery buying are on my day's agenda.

That was a very cute video!

I'm just guessing about your problem with posting and things not opening, but it could be that your internet security settings could be set to high! Try this:

Open-up a web page. Click on "Tools" in the top right. Then click on Internet Options towards the bottom of the drop down menu. Look for Security and try to lower it, not all the way and see what happens. If it doesent work you can go back and change it back.

Nope, didn't help. I use to be able to post pictures but I get the same thing. The address posts and the picture won't open. I know just enough about computer to mess things up so try not to change too many things.

Martha, I don't know what the problem is.

I copied and paste it on my browser and opened the video, then copied it again from the address bar, came back here, and right clicked paste and it worked for me as you can see above!

When I try to post a link or picture I get a pop up box that says - Because of your browser security settings, the editor is not able to access your clipboard data directly. You are required to paste it again in this window. Please paste inside the following box using the keyboard (Ctrl+V) and hit OK.

I changed all Charlene...made no difference, so put it back where it was. I'm on Medium-High.

Couldn't do smileys -- nor list a link..

Let's see if I can still post a photo......

I LOVE doing photos... and doing the Special occasion cards... I'd be MOST unhappy if I could no longer do that..

I'll keep working on it.

I fixed it.

Click on Tools and click on Compatibility View...A box comes up and has RVAmerica there... click to add it to the list... I tried that.. and now can use Smileys.
