Hits: 0] 1 cup whipping cream 1 box(1 lb) light brown sugar 3 Tablespoons butter 1 Tablespoon vanilla 2 cups pecans In an 8 cup microwave safe measuring cup with handle mix whipping cream and brown sugar. Microwave on high 12 minutes in a 750 watt oven. Stir half way through. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir about 1 minute. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool about 15 minutes. Makes about 24 parlines. You might have to experiment to see how long to cook. I have a 1000 watt oven and 12 minutes is good. If it gets too hard before you get it all dropped you can heat in the microwave a few seconds to make it easier to handle. To make chocolate parlines you can add 1/2 cup chocolate chips when you add the pecans. If you make chocolate parlines Sharon gets half. lol

Shelia, when you are reading the posts you look at the top right hand side of your screen and you see a blank oblong box with a picture next to it. It shows a magnifing glass and a file folder. Type "pralines" and enter.
