Karen - Thank you so much for sharing your time on Mackinaw Island, MI. Isn't it just so neat and pretty there - something to be said for not allowing cars there. When we were there about 4 yrs ago a couple was getting married at the stone church and the bride was driven to the church by carriage. The Grand Hotel is just that - GRAND - lots of pix of stars that had visited back in the day. Loved the flag display on the front of the hotel.
