Image my surprise when I saw this notice, I live in Illinois and met Doris in the SF airport and we then had the same flight on into Northern Ca. Come to find out she lived very close to where I was staying. While I was there we had an earthquake and a Sunami alert was issued, everyone on the beach had to evacuate to higher ground. Thank goodess for Doris she took me in and calmed me down until the all clear signal was given. I'll never forget what a kind new friend she was during my stay. So glad to hear she is ok!

Glad to hear she was ok. Here in Canada, a couple in their 70's are missing. They had left home in their motorhome with toad, were last seen in a gas station, their motorhome was found burned up (not sure where exactly), their car found later on a different road and no sign of them. Their children have been on the tv and lots of pictures shown. I'm waiting to hear an update. Can only hope they are ok. carold

I'm happy to hear she is ok. Carold, that is so scary! Sure hope that has a happy ending, too.

Sometimes, the only right answer is silence...which in and of itself speaks a thousand words.

several years ago a couple went missing in there car I think took a long time to find them and when they did it was too late. They had wandered down a road and had problems and couldn't get out...oh for on star ....some times I think that would be nice...I too hope the couple in Canada is ok what a worry for the family
