Some time ago, I told y'all about our having a small flag holder on our country mailbox at the road. Someone has been gifting us with a new flag, which is hung on the flag holder, and the old one is put in the mailbox.
Yesterday, we got our fourth one.... which was a United States Flag. After the third one, I did place a Thank You at that location, telling the donor how much it meant to us and how kind and thoughtful the action was.
We have always thought it was done by our neighbor, in repayment of a favor we did for her months back. She stopped while Milt was weed-eating by the road yesterday, and re-invited us to her July 4th Bash. Milt is a very curious person and he can hardly stand not knowing who our gift donor is----- so he asked her. Of course, she denied it--- but we still think it is she. Milt felt he got to tell her personally what a pleasure it was to us--- and how much we appreciated it, and how thoughtful it is.
