We all know drinking water is good for us, and we should drink at least 8 glasses a day.

Who knew the timing affected it's effectiveness!?

2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack


Never heard any of that before!!

And, one glass of water at bedtime is guaranteed to wake you up about 4a.m. At least it does me. Still it beats having a heart attach of stroke!
