After hours of waiting to have his heart Cath done scheduled at 9:00 another patient life flighted in and his procedure wasn't done until 2:00 PM what a long day!!! Any way he had to have a stint put in and is in the hospital till tomorrow hopefully but when I left he was still on bed rest as he was still bleeding more than he should be, The plan is to be home tomorrow then they want to put another stint in in a couple of weeks...was not in the plans for this spring...but what needs to be done needs to be done and we will make up to Island Park a week or so late...and if the weather is such we may not even be late

thanks for your well wishes

I was waiting to hear how things went. I'm sure you all had a long day. Waiting makes it seem even longer. Hope everything goes well and he can go home tomorrow. I think it's better to be at a hospital when you have something like that done. Insurance companies try to make everything outpaitent surgery.

I'm sorry about this - but so glad it's all getting taken care of! Thanks for updating all of us - we've been concerned!

Big hugs to you and Larry, Sheila....it's amazing what they can do these days. A few years ago he would have been having open heart surgery for what now basically is a fairly simple operation. One down, one to go and he'll be as good as new!

Just so glad the "shortness of breath" was checked out, found the problem and Larry is well on the way to being fixed up!! Medical technology is an awesome wonder! More and more is being discovered to help us daily. I'm so thankful all went well--- and will continue prayers for you and Larry until the second stint is in and y'all are on the road to your summer destination!!

Hugs!

Sheila, adding my prayers for Larry, and you, too. God be with you.

Hi Sheila

I'm so glad that Larry could get a stint for his shortness of breath. After a couple of weeks rest he will be up for the second one, I hope. You are both in my prayers.

Sheila, so sorry that this had to happen, but so glad that it was when you are still in SLC and not out in the boonies! And now Larry can enjoy being at the campground instead of being short of breath there! Praying that things continue to go well and you get to work just in time!
