Shortly after my older son got his driver's license I gave him a key to my car, for emergencies. A few weeks later I went to the grocery store and when I came out my car was gone. I started looking frantically around and finally spotted it way out near the McDonalds which was near the road. The little brat had driven by and seen my car and thought it would be a good joke to move it.

Many years ago my now Ex-husband and I were at a Drive-in watching a movie when two teenage boys jumped into the back seat not realizing they were in the wrong car...weird at the time but now seems very funny!

Thanks for all your stories. Now I don't feel so silly. I have a friend whose husband drove her to town and waited in the car while she did her shopping. She was ready to go home and saw the car parked there without her husband. She just thought he was doing a little shopping on his own. She got in the car and was waiting and after a while she happened to look down the row of cars and there was her husband smiling and waving at her while sitting in another car. She had gotten in the wrong car and her husband saw her and thought it was funny and left her sitting there until she figured out what was going on. Life has a way of keeping you humble doesn't it?

These are some funny stories. My husband would have left me sitting in the wrong car too and then gone around telling everyone we know what I did.
