If you take the time to watch this, you will not only be
glad you did, but you will forward this to the women in your life.

To all who love making potato dishes from scratch, but hate
peeling the boiled potatoes, here is the solution for easy
peeling.

Looks like we do learn something new every day.
I wish I had known about this thirty years ago.
Peeling the cooked potato was the least desirable part in
making a potato salad.

I had seen this - and um - completely forgotten! You can tell I don't peel potatoes very often! I do hope I remember the next time the opportunity presents itself! Way cool!

Never seen this before.....interesting! I usually make potato salad with new red taters and don't peel, 'specially since I read that most of the vitamins and fiber is in the peel. A good reason not to peel! Guess I could use that trick for mashed, tho. What do you think?
