GOOD post! Loved the chocolate eating excuses! Grin.
Funny, but just today, I read on WebMD.com today that DARK chocolate is really good for you. It lowers your Blood Pressure and has antioxidants in it, and said to eat it for your heart.... BUT, if you do....you must eat less calories in something else.
I surely thought of my chocoholic friends when I read that!!! Grin..
So---- there's two postings of the benefits of chocolate! Eat hardy!!!
