I always enjoyed quilting. I only made one complete quilt. It was machine pieced, but hand quilted. The others, I had hand quilted by someone else. Then machine quilting became acceptable, and could have the quilting done cheaper. In later years I no longer did large quilts, but did do a lot of wall-hangings, lapquilts and many, many quilting decorated sweatshirt jackets.

A sweatshirt jacket is just right for our mild winter days, and I enjoy wearing them, so have several.

Thats great Alice. My son will be 35 this year and he stil has the baby quilt his Grandmother made for him. Cullen is so blessed.
