It's snowing again !!!  I've been in the snow 3 different times now !!  Once in AZ, once in NM and now in KS.

When I left in my RV, I vowed never to be in the snow again - HA !!  Shows you what I know :D

Good thing I had planned on not driving today 'cause I wouldn't be going anywhere even if I wanted to - I don't understand driving in the snow if it's not necessary.

It's suppose to warm up to 50 something then rain - it'll get below freezing tonight then sunshine and 50-60 tomorrow - Guess if I wait till it warms up I'll be OK to drive tomorrow.  I think the weather will be good enough to get me to Iowa - I may end up driving in the rain on Saturday but if it's only rain I'll be fine.

I'm sick of this - I just want to be done driving !!  It's really tempting to just push on through to Iowa tomorrow, but I know my friends would be disappointed if I didn't stop and I'd miss seeing them.

Dang snow !!!!!

The weather is kooky everywhere!!  We never got out of the 30s yesterday.  Coldest April 1st on record!  I did see on today's forecast they are saying perhaps 70 on Sunday, then back to 50s and rain.  I'm so done with this!!!

I understand wanting to get where you are going asap!  That's kinda how I am wired, too.  Then I don't stop and enjoy what should mean the most to me. My family and friends.

Staying put sounds like a good choice, Trudy.  In another month you'll be complaining about the heat and humidity!!  It's always something, huh? LOL

We have another front coming through today with rain.  It's the same front that is giving you snow.  We needed rain when it started but it can take a break.  It will be nice to start the summer with our ponds full.

We have two small ponds that flooded for Rita and Ike.  After Rita I caught a couple of fish that I couldn't identify so they were some kind of salt water fish.  The closest picture I could find was that they were some kind of drum.  I have been fishing this week and I caught Bass, Blue Gill, Mud Cat, Blue Cat, White Perch and Crabs.  I was glad to see that the bass were still hanging on.

More snow!  I thought one of the main purposes of a full-time lifestyle was to avoid bad weather.  I think it is going to be a real skill to figure out how to end up where the weather is good when we do go full-time.  We are currently under tornado watch here in TN - the second time this week.  You're right to just stay put and not get out into that snow mess.  Hopefully decent weather is coming soon.

I'm done whining now !

The sun did come out and most all of the snow is gone, replaced with mud of course !!

Tomorrow should have nice weather for travel but there's rain and wind forecast for Saturday - guess it'd be appropriate to drive back to Iowa in the rain since the only day I've driven in the rain was when I left Iowa !!

Be safe in the tornado watch !!  I'm not looking forward to that part of Midwest weather, but it's just part of the deal I guess - all regions have some sort of "something"

We are expecting a really strong winter storm tomorrow into Saturday.  Just about anywhere in the country you are -- this spring is going to be a tough one.  It's snow, flooding or tornados, take your pick. I can't offer any suggestions...just keep an eye on the weather channel, have a weather radio on 24/7 and get through it.  My guess is the next batch of snow to go through here tomorrow will be out there just after the weekend and there's more coming behind that so...this is a normal spring.

I have to agree with you Trudy about not liking hurricanes --  I'd take a blizzardy any day over one of those!
