Barbzeee, I know I have been out of touch but I am going through "Good Grief, what else can happen". My therapy for rotator cuff surgery was going great. My knee swelled up 3 times its size and I battled it for 2 weeks. Knee is better but I needed two arms to raise myself from chair and have injured by shoulder again. I feel like I am taking 3 steps forward and 5 steps back. I just received guardianship for my father and stepmother and that was a nightmare. This procedure has taken time, money and my Dad would be horrified at the way I was treated by lawyers. The court appointed lawyer for my father thought I was too old and dumb to handle the estate and a lawyer should take on this job (lawyer fees ?). I told him to go after the Justices of the Supreme Court because those feeble old souls were much older than I am. :mad: I hope everyone has their affairs in order. It is not enough to have just a will. You didn't put a downer on my day, ShirlV...and you have had double troubles lately and you need someone to vent to!! I have a broad shoulder, so just let 'er rip!!
I am so sorry to hear about the trouble with your knee causing troubles with your rotator cuff again...and then the lawyers added to the top of that!! I have had people "talk down to me"...like I REALLY was a blond!!! :-)
I had one husband of a friend who made fun of her inability to balance a checkbook. She was Valedictorian of our class with a 4.0 grade.Come on!! After he left she told me HE writes checks he neglects to tell her about... Anyway, he began talking investments to me in that same derogatory tone of voice...and I took over and talked him under the table..and before long he found something he "had to do"..and left!!!
Good answer to them on the feeble old souls that were Justices of the Supreme Court!!!

That's the way I want to go out - living life to the fullest. I don't know what the temperature is here in Alabama right now, but the air is so humid the weather forecaster calls it "air you can wear." It really feels like a fuzzy wet blanket. 1984 Class A Allegro(Miss Piggy) Bogie the Pit (rescued) ....and this too shall pass.

I love your morning summaries and artwork - sometimes it's all I have time to take a peek at and keep up with everyone's adventures (and even the "downers" will become adventures when we look back on them). I have some folks telling me my plans are crazy - and others who want to join me - visions of a convoy of FT RVing grannies towing their horses behind them :)
