Hi Des, Sounds good to meet up sometime for coffee and tea! 34' I'm just curious have you driven anything that big? I keep telling myself every time I pass a huge rig and truckers etc. Hey if they can do it, there is no reason I can't do it, right? Even though I've pretty much kept will little cars....but I do drive the truck to town at times and it is full size and I don't feel like it's big? The interior of that Big Boy is impressive, so much storage and if you will be living in it, I'm sure it will all be used for the good. I bet Jenny can testify to that! Yes, "riders anxiety" is a perfect explanation for what I feel when I am riding! I keep braking and steering for the driver, or "hey look out, you almost hit that car???" LOL??? I'm planning a months trip in CA in Sept & part of Oct. and I will drive down instead of fly, just so I won't be at the mercy of others driving. I bet you can relate. Last time I went down I had about 8 people driving me everywhere and I thought I would never make it home, especially going down Hwy 99! Des ~ He IS a beauty! How about "Good Life Charlie"? 'Cause looks like you are going to have a good life on the road. I can relate to passenger anxiety - the only male driver I have ever been comfortable with is my son - he drives fast some times but is never agressive and is polite to other drivers. It seems that so many men have to prove they are right when they get behind the wheel. My other peeve is when they are helping you hitch or back a trailer - they just have to use all those silly "signals" instead of just pointing right or left. A woman spotter just points, and doesn't get that stupid look on their face when you drive forward to straighten up.

Thanks again for the nice compliments. I use to drive a class c 30 ft (i think) from Pitts to daytona year after year for 5 years I never had an problems. I've always had big cars or trucks I've had no tickets or wrecks as of yet I'm pretty confident I"ll be ok in this. I will however take it a little extra slow till I'm very comfy in the captains chair.. Kevin will make a great co puff!!LOL Smiles Des Treat people the way you want to be treated! Oh Patti, You are so right about those silly little faces and hand signals!! And yes, I just point right or left and how easy can that be and a flat hand for stop! Geeezzzz Louise.....LOL Yes My sister would love to come with you to, her horse and all. At least you will have your best friend with you. I know my sister has had a horse or two attached to her all of her life. Right now she has four. Three are lame??? And two of them are old! And what do you do??? They are her best friends so she sacrifices financially to keep them happy and alive. I admire her loving heart for her animals....She even took in Kenny at age 32 because the riding arena was going to put him down, because he was old! She has had him 7 years now and Kenny is a Sweetheart. Blessings Cillie Happiness is living your best dreams and God answering your prayers!!!

You sure did get a beauty. Thanks for sharing all the pictures. And I'm glad some of you are good at journals, etc - I promised when I went fulltime I'd keep one - all my friends get so mad cuz I just do a mass email about once every 2 months to highlight some of what I've done and where I've been.
I'm looking forward to your first trip in him - and hearing all about it! Smiling is contagious - try it!

I was actually thinking about something to do with Brute!! LOL My 12 year old dogs name is Brutus the Beefcake II ! He is the second or Jr. Here is a pic of him you wont be able to help but falling in love with him cuz he is just the cutest lil baby.. He's old now so he sleeps most of the time but he's an excellent sleeping dog. He is like a cat he is the biggest baby Ive ever seen. IT's funny he thinks hes a lap dog though. I just got back in the forum Des and was so happy to see you bought your rig. I knew if you held out the right one would come along. I'm so very new to this lifetyle and already it's in my blood. Wait till you see how quickly things start falling into place now that you've begun the process. You'll be livin' the good life in no time!
I will keep watching for future postings from you and updates to your journal. Congratulations!
