Hi Ladies,
Don't know if you would be interested in this, but I thought it might be fun for those wholike to share pictures, to have a daily picture posting. Anything from anyone the sky is the limit. Here's my first one I took the other day. I was looking out in my flower garden and noticed the sun hitting this poppy just right. If you tap on it, it will come in bigger.

Enjoyed that Cillie. We put out wildflower seeds on the state's "right of way" in front of our house bordering the highway..For a couple of years a few gorgeous red poppies came up...This year there were none..I hope they haven't disappeared for good..The bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush are multiplying.. :)

Cellie, Give me a fuller shot and I'll do something with it !... I love to get pictures of flowers .. that's how I create some of my wake up Good Mornings.. I create a tube from then and take it to my clipboard and hence creation begins..
Even if you like some of your artist work I'll do up.. of couse I'll put your copyright on it.. Most the artists I work with I do that with too..

Hi Barbzee, you should just be able to tap on the pictures and get put into Webshots where all of my pics are stored. And I think you should be able to copy them. I'll check it out right now to be sure and get back if I see a problem. Feel free to use whatever you like, I have lots of gorgeous flower pics from my garden around here. Also I have lots of flowers that I've drawn amongst my art work.

Barbzee after tapping on my flower pic, they come up in Webshots. Then you right click and hit save, I save them in MYPictures and they are saved in JPEG. So you shouldn't have any problem there.

Beautiful.....just beautiful.....
And reminds me of a phone call from my daughter several years ago: "Mom, you would have been proud of me -- I've been very carefully pulling all those pesky weeds that keep coming up in my front flower bed every spring. And then today I looked out there and there was this GORGEOUS poppy growing from one of those weeds I missed pulling up! (now wailing) Mom, I LOVE poppies!!! What have I done?????" LOL

Hi Mary Ellen,
I know all about weeding those poppies out, as the first year they came back up, they sure looked like a weed to me and I did the same thing. I was so bummed out when I figured it out. Now when I weed my yard I only do a few well known weeds and wait for the rest to get big to figure it all out.
My picture of the day is a trio of Columbines growing in the yard last year. Thought they were worth sharing....

Beautiful Columbines!! Saw them all the time in Jackson, WY, in their various colors..loved to see them up in the high country wilderness!! Too hot for them here! Thanks for posting! You are a "good newbie"..Add a lot to our Forum!!! Glad to have ya!! :)

Do you paint? Funny you should mention that, as that is one that I definitely plan on drawing in a pastel.
Joella thank you for your sweet voice of welcoming. You are a great inspiration to! You've made me feel very welcome on this site and have been so encouraging to so many.
I started out with two columbine plants here and have spread them around in the past six years have all kinds of different colors to. One of my favorite flowers I've ever grown.
Hey Joella you mentioned planting a bunch of trees in one of your posts, what kind of trees were they? Need to know what I can grow around my future mobile in Texas that will be fairly drought resistant.
