I'm glad to hear about the work opportunities that are out there. Since my retirement I do part time jobs. Just few hours three to four days a week. I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't think I can totally retire. It really doesn't matter what I do, just as long as it's something. Right now I'm bartending at our local Legion, but I've worked at Quick Stops and even made creem-mees. I've already told DH once we're on the road, if we stop for more than 2 weeks (vacation time) I'm job hunting. :8|: going to travel CJ

It must be our generations work ethic. I can't stop either. I had planned just to travel then thought, what now? Finding out I could work AND camp at the same time has been a blessing. I'll retire when my body parts give out - and as long as I'm using said body parts they should keep going and going... 1984 Class A Allegro Bogie the Pit (rescued) Practise random acts of kindness.

I have to keep busy also. My websites keep me busy - the workamping helps - and now I just picked up some hours every other week if they need extra here - for some cash to help defray my camping costs on the weeks I'm out visiting - like going to see Mary!
I'm heading to a cg only about 30 or so miles from here for tomorrow and Thursday - just for a change of scenery! Of course, it's a Passport America park, so the price is right also. And they have laundry on premises - and wifi in the rec room LOL - so you know where I'll be all day! Smiling is contagious - try it!

Just taking a break - still getting ready for the moving sell. And it's starting to get to me - I just tagged a bed dust ruffle for $2.00 and commented "It works! It kept all the dust under the bed!" :p But really I wish I was working anywhere right now instead of doing this. I'm at the point where I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel - and I sure hope it isn't a train!!!
That's why I come here and check in. It reminds me what it's all for. (sometimes I take the breaks in the MH just sit there and close my eyes) Then it's time to get going again. Have to go now. going to travel CJ
