Barbzee - you were way ahead of the game by transporting yourself and your dogs to shows by RV. From my perspective, would not have thought of it 25 years ago. You could write a book on your experiences.(I keep trying to get you to write a book - cookbook, travel book) :) You are a talented lady!

Carole - One of my incentives to travel RV was the freedom, no schedule, and a retirement plan. Also, Fl summers are barely tolerable for humans unless you love being inside in the AC at all times. Even the pool water heats to the 90s so you can't really cool off. The recent hurricanes cinched the deal to leave FL. I'll tiptoe back in there and see if it is safe in the late fall - after hurricane season. God willling and the creek don't rise!!!
Jomit - in a way, I am kind of glad a lot of people don't understand how wonderful living this way can be - the roads would be full of RVs and price of gas would probably skyrocket!! Selfish but true :)

Yes Barbzeee, book would be nice. Maybe you could have each of your show dogs "write" a chapter. And Zeke could do the introduction. ;)

Mary and Carole.. I have thought about it for a few years and my girlfriend Helga.. keeps bugging me too as she came along some of my journeys. In fact when she calls me when watching a western she'll say, "Hey ya gotta see that area we were in on TV " LOL but, perhaps I might.. It would sure be a great book to travel with.. some so hilarious you'd have to be parked away from folks ...LOL I always tell people my middle name should be Murphy..and it's still true till this day !..
Mary as for the colors I was referring too... I take so many pills it's like the colors of the rainbow in my dish.... Get it now >>>LOL..
I will say,that no matter how wild and crazy things were that happened.. I did make a joke out of it.. and always a great lesson too.. Gotta have a sense of humor in RVing..no doubt in my mind at all...LOL
