Hiya everyone,
Just bought myself a travel trailer and looking forward to seeing some of your glorious country. I live in Ohio and intend to see as much as I can. It is a little bit daunting being by myself but I am determined to succeed. I see from this forum that I am not alone in being alone.Text

Thanks Paulette. I am very excited about my trips to come. When I was little I went camping with my parents and when I had young children I carried on the tradition, in tents always. Now that I am older it is the luxury of dry walls for me. I remember the time when we had a toilet tent with a hole dug out by my father, yuk! No longer, all mod cons.

Welcome to the Forum. No you are not alone.... in your decision to travel by yourself. I know that you will really enjoy it...I don't travel alone, though I have taken our various RV's out by myself.
The General consensus of the ladies who do travel alone is that they LOVE it.. They mention the fulltime life being without stress, peaceful and so enjoyed.
I'm sure you will find it the same... You are surely starting with the right attitude. Take along a little patience for those few things that could go wrong...and your sense of humor and enjoy!!! :) Jomilt From Texas

DamaskRose----- Welcome and you are definately not alone. I'm in Illinois right now then I'm heading for Indiana in about a week and a half and then I may even head down through your state. I'm probably going to meet up with a friend in the Dayton area for a couple days then head back home to Tennessee.
I love it on the road. Full-timing sure sounds attractive but I haven't decided to make that jump yet. I think I could do it and be very happy. Who knows!! LOL
Anyway, hope you enjoy your new TT and have a great time on the road. Groovin Grannie Fernie and Running Bear (Winnebago Warrior)
