Des When we were shoppng around for our MH, we did alot of price checking on line. RVDirect.com was one site that listed just about all makes and models.
Good luck in your seach.
P.S. We bought ours on Ebay (not for everyone but it was right price for us) And I love it ! :)

Thats awsome that you got yours off ebay. I've been lurking there for the past week. I cannot do anything yet but I want to make sure I'm well aware when I can. August or Sept!!

it's going to be fun to see what you wind up with. I think you have a great plan. I bought mine through e-bay too but I shopped for almost a year before really knowing what I wanted and what they went for. I agree you will want some comfort after working during the day(or night). There's a perfect RV for you out there, just shop, shop, shop and you'll find it.

On monday dh and I are going to go down the road a bit there are a bunch of RV lots. we figured we could just go inside see what different rvs are like. And then we will weigh the pros and cons of a pull along or a driving one!! I've seen a bunch all over the place for 4,000.. this is right up our alley. i need to know a bit more pros and cons though before we commit.

Good idea! Remember that the RV lot bought them from someone and they have to make money. I bought mine privately and the guy said that all he had heard from was dealers. But look and see the variety, you'd be amazed at the different set-ups. Sit down on all the seats. Where will you eat, where will you watch TV? Do you have to make the bed down each night? After I bought mine I discovered that the chairs, while pretty, were really uncomfortable. I took them out and put in one recliner because there is only me.
