This is what I love best about this lifestyle, everyday something funny happens to keep you laughing :)
I am a Halloween nut and just love to decorate and one year we were on vacation at Halloween time so I brought my costume to celebrate and the park we were staying in decided to not celebrate Halloween and I was surely disapointed...but...Halloween is Halloween so I put on my Melisafent(sp?) the evil fairy from Sleeping Beauty costume on and put on my evil makeup on and pranced around the campground and said to everyone " Happy Halloween...and WHERE is YOUR costume?" It was so funny and after I did the walk about I went back to my MH and I took everything off and was satisfied I HAD my Halloween!

Froggi, i know you'll have a tear in your eye with this incident that happened to me today. I went to the recycling center today. I parked the pickup and noticed a little Jack Russel Terrier frantically running around. It had a collar on, and was really distressed. I figured it was lost. I planned on checking out the collar once I unloaded my stuff. When I came out the little dog was gone. I started the engine and then saw the dog running around in four lanes of rush hour traffic. Every time it saw a van the dog sat up wuith its little paws bent and begged. Most vans drove on, not realising it was there. I stopped the engine and was about to go over and try to rescue him when he begged at a van door and she opened the door and the dog jumped in. She obviously wasn't the owner, but at least the dog was safe. It was heart rending to see it doing its tricks hoping its owner would be in the van.
