Just a FYI - I would have gotten the card from Verizon OR Cingular - but neither have service that will work from this cg - so I'll make do with the dial up - and the owner is being very gracious allowing me into the office with my own key off hours. And other times I can use the phone line on the porch, like now - and be able to see these views while I'm here.

Beth,am hoping you are AT the park you are to workkamp with this summer, because seems like the owner is ONE NICE LADY!! She is allowing you into the office after hours to use the Internet..That makes her special in my book, if she's taking that good a care of employees...
Jenny...I do know Lamberts ALWAYS has a long line..only time DH and I caught it without was to be there at 11 AM when they opened, for an early lunch.
The place is worth the hour and five minutes we waited last time, and helped we had 18 of us to visit with as we waited..
Bluegrass is over for the night... so am home.
Enjoy your nights all...and sleep hardy!!

The owner is a he - and yep - I'm impressed - just met an employee that comes from town - super nice person - she'll be working Fri and Sat days - so I'll see her when I'm here on weekends.

Hi again - catching up on posts. Regarding cingular cell phone(and I guess internet access) I have a cingular phone and so far have stayed at two parks where I didn't have service But Verizon did!!! I think if I ever was to get an air card it would probably be Verizon.
Beth the cg arrangement sounds ideal. Glad it is equipped with great people and views :)

And again - forgot to say when I stayed at Watkins Glen at south end of Seneca Lake in NY, a Bluegrass festival was advertised for first week in June. Sounded great, Stayed in the KOA which also was very nice(lot's of amenities, short on trees) but OK.
I also love Bluegrass and just about any kind of live music(except the kind accompanied by ten foot speakers)

Not sounding good for my Cingular service, is it Mary? Good thing I've been able to rely on wireless this trip...have enjoyed it...tho' both places it would come and go..how can one have Excellent connection one minute and the next...poor....but there ya go!!! At least I CAN connect and free, so am NOT complaining about that gift horse!!
