Glad you're feeling better, Barbzeee. Sit outside and soak up some of that good Florida sunshine, too.

Barbizee - sorry you were sick with the "Cold". It is making the rounds down here in So Fl. Fever, cough, sore throat - lasts about a week if you are lucky.
Still plan to stop by and see you when I finally am launched from my driveway. Any time now but I will let you know before I leave- this packing the house is taking forever. Packing the RV is really just about done.
Dakota seems to be doing really good now so he will be fit for the trip. Looking forward to meeting you and your pups! :)

Barb,
I cant drink that much oj - but can drink cranberry juice - both have the same amount of C. I even buy the "light" cranberry or crangrape now - so if the oj is getting to you - try cranberry juice!
Smiling is contagious - try it!

Barbizee
Just like they say - drink plenty and plenty of fluids-especially if you are sweating. Bethers idea is a good one for Cranberry juice. C is good. I've tried Zinc and Airborne(OTC in grocery store)-they seem to make a difference. At least you feel better.
I just thought of another cure - homemade chicken soup. How could I have forgotten. Anytime anybody is sick around here I buy a chicken!!! If you are not up to cooking soup - Boston Market has some good chicken noodle that might hit the spot. Also, tea, lemon, honey with or without an ounce of alcohol(whickey, rum, brandy) always feels good. An old family friend said his cure was blackberry brandy - sipping on that is guaranteed to make you feel better. The antibiotics should give it a kick and sometimes you have to bite the bullet and go to see the doctor. Hope today is as bad as it gets and you are 100% tomorrow. :)
