I've been reading about microfiber Rags, and bought some yesterday. I wet one and wiped the glass in our French Doors, then wiped it dry with a dry one.
Moved on to do our big mirrors in the bathrooms.
Boy! Was I impressed!! They work fast, No soap, cleanser or Window is needed.
I highly recommend them!! Happy Travelin'

Hi Shirlv, I bought some from the Solutions Magazine, and they were a little pricey, but loved them so much I didn't care. Then found some at Wallyworld in the automotive section, a lot cheaper, so thought they probably weren't as good as my fancy expensive ones, but they would be good for washing the car or really dirty work. WRONG! They work just as good and were less than half what I paid form Solutions. So there you go, sometimes cheap is a good thing! Good Roads, Sharon

Microfiber cleaning cloths are our best friends. Dan uses the larger ones to clean the motorhome and car and I use the smaller ones inside and I love them! I have to differ on Wally-world I tried them and they do not last as long as the good ones. I have the ones made by ALMOST HEAVEN, 100% Microfiber, 70%Polyester,30%POLYAMID. DO NOT use fabric softner with them when you wash them, put them in with your jeans or clothes and not with other towels. I mostly have bought mine at the RV rallies or fairgrounds.
Another helpful tool is the magic eracers by Mr. Clean great on leather to keep them clean. Seeya down the road, Jenny

Aren't microfiber cloths miracle workers!!!!? I bought tea towel sized ones in a Shaw's grocery store a couple of years ago. About $6 as I remember. I just used them to dry dishes and hands -- they dry so fast in humid climes. But I never used them to clean windows, mirrors.......until about a month ago!!!! They are truly WONDERFUL. Our 5er has a shiny black stove and microwave that shows everything. A quick swipe with that miraculous towel and all is shiny again. I love those towels!

Thanks for the replies. Its a rainy yucky day here so I think I will go shopping and see if I can find the microfiber clothes. I did see them in the Solutions catalog and will buy there if I can't find today. 1999 Georgie Boy Maverick Eastern Shore of Maryland

Jenny, thanks for the heads up on the Wallyworld microfiber cloths. Haven't had them long enough to know how long they would last. Guess it's back to Solutions! You're right about washing them with towels, accidentally got one in with the towels, and like to have never got all the towel lint off! I like to dampen one and squeeze it out until it's almost dry and use it to dust the woodwork in the rv. Then about once a month go over the woodwork with Scott's Liquid Gold. What's neat about the cloths, is you think you've wiped down the kitchen counter and it's clean, but when you go over it with the micro cloth, you find rough areas that are actually grease spots that you thought were clean. Scrub with the cloth and when every thing is nice and smooth, then it's REALLY clean! Good Roads, Sharon

I bought ours at Sam's Club. Was a package of 25, and were about 50 cents each. Our local Ace Hardwares stores have them for $1 each.
They are really nice, and do the job. You can hand wash and dry them...or can be machine washed and dried, but don't put them with linty clothes or towels etc., as they will pick up lint, and that defeats the purpose.
Mine are 80% polyester and 20% polyamide. They are comprised of fibers finer than human hair, and they feel so smooth and good!
As I said earlier I was IMPRESSED!! :) Happy Travelin'

Hmmmmm.....just had a thought.....since we have been talking about knitting elsewhere on this BB, maybe I'll knit some microfiber cloths from Lion Brand Microfiber Yarn! It is sooooo soft.......softer than cashmere.....bought some in Michaels last year. Will have to look for some more....
