I have only rarely used the stove in our RV. Mostly I use
the microwave, but that can only be used when the
coach is plugged in, unless you also have a generator
you can fire up, (we don't), because microwaves take a
lot of power. However a crock pot also takes "shore
power" = 110v plugged in. (Or a LONG time running
hour generator to slow cook in it.) So if your are
camping without hookups and without a generator, that
leaves propane as your heat source for cooking, so
having a stove is a good idea. Perhaps you can get the
stove without the oven, like we have. I don't miss an
oven at all, and like the extra cabinet below, but I
wouldn't want to not have a stove. If you heat a pot of
water on it, in the morning, it will also help take the chill
out of the air. Put don't use if t for long periods of
course (carbon monoxide problem). I purchased a
factory matched stove cover to go with my stove that I
leave on it most of the time, because it gives extra
counter space.

>>In the Class C's noticed stove or no stove. Do you
miss having a stove. I did notice there is extra storage
without one so that has to be a plus. So as to a roast
with potato and carrots what about a crockpot to make a
mouth watering meal. But then I don't have one of those
yet or a good recipe for that meal or any for that matter.
Mail me or post I love suggestions. Sunny and 70 in Six
