Hi all you cooks. Today after many many years of cooking, but after moving into an RV, I have had a hard time keeping my tomatoes /sauce from burning. I don't have a "store bought" deflecter, so today the idea hit me to take one of those aluminum throw away pie pans and punch holes in it with an ice pick and squash itdown flat, (the pie pan that is). I works beautifully. If anyone else has had that problem, you might try it. Smiling miles to you. Billie
