Left the desert on Tues spent the night in Quartzsite and left Q for points north on Weds. have some issues that need to be resolved though...just before I left we discovered that the left turn signal/brake light don't work so put a new bulb in it still didn't work thankfully didn't have to make to many turns to the left...then got here and my son says your tire needs aired up on the trailer oops yep it does much easier for it to be the truck tire...need to figure out how to take care of that...and then the cover for the hot water tank isn't there no idea when it flew off but it's gone ...my list of needs keeps getting larger and at this moment a new truck is at the head of it haha...if I could afford it I would go shopping tomorrow...last spring my nephew told me to think of it as a tractor going up the hills some of those hills we over heated on....never did that when Larry was driving...today it did it only once but it's cooler and I think I'm watching the right guage better ...oh well I'm here in SLC safe and sound for a month..then on up to Idaho..

Wow! For someone who was dragging her feet, you sure did move once you started running, girl! Glad you're safe and sound and staying put for awhile. Hope you can get most of your list fixed. Better move that signal light near the top of the list. Hope someone has a compressor for the tire so you don't have to move the fiver. Enjoy SLC. Evie

Thanks Evie I need to call and see what the rv repair guy costs and also check with the rv supply places here in town Camping World is one of them have not really heard good things about them so checking with the other one first I'm also going to check with the office and see if it's ok to have some one come see about the tire...if I can I might call Good Sam's and see if they can come to my assistance even if I'm at a campground..had a thought that when I leave here I could take it to the supply place can't remember it's name just where it is and have them do the work but need to fine out more about the cost ect. the hot water cover is cosmetic so can do with out replacing it right away and it will cost about 50 so not too bad I guess

It's good to be home with family close to friends and enjoy the time here..

Sheila - If you have Good Sam ERS they will come to the campground, I'm sure. I've had them come to my driveway at home and they changed a tire in the gated RV parking lot at the next place we lived. Good luck with all the fixing! Too bad you can't find a place like we have here in So. Cal. It's a salvage RV place where you can pick up just about anything you need for trailers, motorhomes, or fivers from used fridges or stoves to vent covers and faucets. Enjoy your stay. Evie

Been spending most of my time babysitting the babies father has been ill and since she was in the hospital with RSV they didn't want her to close to him...and I'm sure he didn't feel up to taking care of her anyway slept most of the time so two weeks have past have two more weeks to go and so much of that list to still accomplish ...until I reread this almost forgot the tire need to address that issue...the leak I'm not going to worry about until I get to Idaho the light issue need to work on that it's been suggested that I spray air in the connectors see if it's clogged some what so it's not getting a good connection can't hurt right? I wish we had something like that as well Evie...Pheonix does so I might worry about the faucet till later and visit them...

good to see you Joella don't work too hard on that lawn...you wear me out
