We've been working outside on our yard. We replanted 23 Azaleas that the lack of rain took care of last year. Milt has his garden planted-- we still need 3 Camellias to replace the lost ones there, but so far no one has gotten them in. Milt has been cutting down vines out in the north 40 and today is burning them. I've been working on the beds... weeding and transplanting.. I got some proper self-watering pots and planted my African violets in them.. We've been busy!
Plus Our world is so pretty... All trees are getting new green leaves...the Azaleas, Camellias are all blooming. The Orange tree has loads and loads of little white "balls" that will bloom out into Orange blossoms-- and they smell so GOOD! I hope all of those turn into oranges as we'll have SO many! The pear and peach trees are blooming...one in pink and one in white... and our Red Buckeye tree is fixing to be covered in blooms. None of the pear, peach and red buds have blossoms that smell heavenly as the oranges do!!
Just a neat Spring!! Happy travels to all!
