And here's my personal favorite I've used for the best roast you'll ever eat!!
Pat's Beefy Onion Roast
Salt, pepper and garlic a beef roast on both sides, and place in crock pot.
Top with peeled potatoes and carrots.
Mix: 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, large diced onion, 2 envelopes of Lipton dry onion soup, soup can of water, and pour over roast and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low all day.
Makes the BEST brown gravy, and is so very tasty.. I make mine without the veggies.
