Dropped Ann off to get her mani/pedi while I went to find the Cadillac Ranch. In the '50s an eccentric millionaire named Stanley Marsh buried some Cadillacs nose down in a field. He has moved them closer to town but there they are. No sign anywhere to warn you that you are close. You just need to keep your eyes open until you see cars pulled off the road.

A nice couple from Finland offered to take my photo. They are on a motorcycle ride on Route 66 and, yes, there is someone inside the car.

After picking Ann up we ventured back to the Big Texan (we had another coupon) and had our chicken fried steak dinner.

Feel like Alice in Wonderland. And that's the truth - pssspt!

This was the list of the latest people (all men) who have eaten the 72 oz steak in an hour. One man ate it in 26 minutes. There is a raised platform for those making the attempt so the rest of the diners can watch.

This morning we rode Jeeps into a part of the canyon for a cowboy breakfast. This is only one part of Palo Duro canyon.

Sharon getting her breakfast. The tray became the plate.

Ann and Sharon.

Again tried to get my satellite dish to work. This is my work crew. With their help it worked.
