You're right, this forum has gotten downright boring. Course, I have to take plenty of blame, I check it a couple of times a day but rarely post. OK, OK, don't beat me, I'll try to do better.
Had a fun afternoon today. Took my friend, Janet, to get her haircut. It was a big event as she has been letting her hair grow for the last several years so she could donate to Locks of Love. She had promised a friend who was dying of cancer that she would do this in her memory. Her hair was finally long enough to donate about 12" of hair and still have enough to cover her own head. For those of you who haven't heard about Locks of Love, they use donated human hair to make wigs to give to cancer patients who are undergoing chemo.
Janet looks like a whole new person - and of course, someone else will too.
