Be sure and take a notebook and pen with you and take copious notes.. Do details. When they show you where the water drains are to drain and winterize the Airstream, write down the location... You will NOT be able to assimilate it all and remember details. RV's do come with a manual...but they are "general"....and details don't necessarily pertain to your model. They may mention the low water drains....OK!! WHERE are they? That's not written in the manual. We have owned several brands and kinds of RV's and the manuals have all been the same.
If you have a video camera....take it. That would be even better.
