Velcro was definitely my friend when I lived in my RV -
Those 3M removable strips are great and they have allot of different hooks and containers now.
I bought a couple of those plastic shoe organizers (the kind that hang on a door) I cut them into individual strips and sometimes just individual pockets and velcro'd them in cabinets and behind the cabinet doors - great for storing smallish items. I also bought a material shoe organizer and hung it inside the bathroom door - I used it to store just about everything.
For towels, I used a basket to hold them, I found one that fit under the sink and it worked pretty well. I had a storage ottoman I used in the livingroom (instead of a coffee table) and stored my extra sheets in it - it would have worked for towel too.
I bought a small kitchen cart that had a butcher block top and 3 drawers - it was great for extra counter space and I stored my kitchen towels and my storage containers and all the aluminum foil and ziploc "stuff" -
If you buy extra "furniture" be sure it fits in the RV when you pull in the slides - I even took out the recliners and bought a nice comfy chair that was smaller and lighter weight. It was so hard for me to maneuver those recliners to fit when I pulled in the slides and I seldom sat in them.
