Just because - OK - some of you fuss when there aren't any pix - so here you go. Odds and ends, but this place can be pretty spectacular!

The wash during a break in the storm - it did it's job!

Wonderful clouds - they deserved a picture!

The next three are all in the same day - first - sunrise..........

Next - sunset......

Then - moonrise..........

Then, bed.............. :)

Thanks for sharing the photos!! i enjoy seeing ones of sunrises, sunsets and moons!

What I'm REALLY enjoying is your being so pleased and awed over Q's being so spectacular (in your words)....and noticing the joy that has come into your life since you've been there!!

Sounds like a good place for you and a peaceful, calming, happy respite!!!

Good going!!!

Keep on having fun!

Oh - I hadn't realized they even WERE colorful! They're mostly left over from when they were pleasing someone else too - now they just please me - and that is JUST fine! Yes Joella - I am enjoying slowing down and enjoying the peace and quiet. And yet, Sheila, Larry and I have something to do almost every single day! It's a delight. Out of all the mayhem, I am feeling blessed.

Great pictures Kerry. I love the one of the sunset. Those colors seem so peaceful.

Hey, girlfriend!

Great pics. And you do have a Townie! They are a sweet ride. Love the laundry drying shot! LOL

So happy you are enjoying yourself and getting to relax. Take care! Hugs!

Kerry, I have a Townie too. My son bought it for me a couple of years ago. It is aqua blue. I love it because it is so light weight and has a seat that fits my "tiny bottom" Grin!. I think Arizona sunsets are the best. Used to love to sit out side at night when I lived there and watch the sky turn colors. Just beautiful. I am glad you, Sheila and Larry are having such a great time. Have you had one of Sheila's fantastic campfires? It was rainy yesterday and a miserable 43 right now. It is supposed to get up to 61 for our high. Still, my cousin sent me pictures of her 12.5 inches of snow in Asheville NC, so I better not complain. Have a great weekend.

After years of trying to get accustomed to bikes with handbrakes and gears and nearing killing myself when I ran into the mailbox in front of the post office because I had a brain fluffer and was trying to brake with the pedals...Dennis gave me a plain ol' bike for Christmas a few years ago. It's a Huffy Malibu Street Cruiser...metallic aquamarine. It's kewl! The boys call it my Pee Wee Herman bike and say the seat is so big that it looks like it belongs on a Harley...they're such jerks...fits my butt. Can't wait to hear them howl when I put a basket on it this Spring! I'm preparing for the snide remarks about the witch on the Wizard of Oz.

Does this mean I should be unlocking my Townie and actually RIDING it?! God forbid! OK - I can do that - I think. I have ridden it twice - around a block, and up and down a street. I was sure I would do more - uh, but, uh, haven't............. Maybe I'll be inspired. It just LOOKS used because it's gotten some scratches in the moving around - really - it's brand new........
