I've lived on this farm land for 7 years rent free. I want to build a house and leave here for about 6 or seven months. I'm looking for a fulltimer in the Sacramento CA area, who would like to stay here rent free while I'm away. You have to mow the lawn is all. Probably less than a half acre.
