Friends and family along with my husband and I went to Wilderness Lakes this weekend. It was beautiful and we got excited and purchased a membership through Thousand Trails. $4ooo.oo initially and $398.00 per year thereafter. We have access to 36 resorts on the West Coast. We are having buyers remorse and are afraid we made a mistake. Does anyone out there have experience with this company in particular and RV Resort memberships in general? We would love to hear from you. We have only 24 more hours to cancel!! Help please!!! Also, if Thousand Trails is not recommended, are their other safe, family oriented "membership" parks?
