Ah, but this time Neil you gave me an easy one!  Here's how to adjust all the times to your particular time zone whenever you're logged-in....

1) Click on your User name in the upper right corner of the screen

2) On the screen that pops up, click Manage Profile

3) At the bottom of the next screen that pops up, select your particular time zone, and click Update

Now, whenever you log-in, all the times "should" be expressed in your times.  At least that's how it's supposed to work!  Good luck.
