Have selected the remember me button on the log in. It doesn't.
Have logged in, typed in a message and selected post reply or whatever the button says and been reprimanded for not having logged in. This last just happened just this morning, just today.
Needless to say, ALL of my pearls of wisdom were lost, probably never to be recovered again.
;)
My loss might have been your gain - no telling.
Anyway, guys, hope you get this figured out some of these days.

The "LOGIN" bug apparently still lives. I'd logged in, saw a post I wanted to respond to, composed it and remembered that I should save it to the clipboard since I'd seen it was a problem. Good thing, the message came back that I wasn't logged in, and my post was "lost". I went back, logged in again, and then filled in the reply with my saved clipboard, which then posted fine. PS - I run Internet Explorer 6 if that helps.

Happened again today. Logged in - remembered. Hooray.
Typed words of wisdom. Pressed reply to topic. Received message - not logged in.
No pearls of wisdom on the board. Forgot the clipboard part. Darn it.

What happens if you try the back button? I have lost the message a couple of times and was able to get it back by hitting the back button.

Hello janmac, I liked your term "pearls of wisdom". I struggle at typing and also have had two big pages lost. I have had success by waiting until I want to reply and then "sign in" before I type my reply. If you see this, it will have worked two times for me! Sincerely,

Jim, I'll try the back button if I forget the clipboard trick again. I did try the back button once, but got something like page expired.
George, I learned that too (the hard way), sign in before you type, not before you read. This board apparently has a timer thingy on it. There might be good reasons for it but it's a headache.

Your message helped me login. I was using the walmart homepage rvamerica would not log me in - said I had wrong username and/or password or I was not a registered member. Read your post about IE6.0. Opened MSN homepage and got logged in just find and was able to post. Thanks Roy
