Road side insurance is expiring. I belong to GoodSam at the present time. Allstate is cheaper. Know GoodSams service, wondering about Allstate.

Hey Glenn - I just renewed with GS, and I'm currently "between RVs". I had my son's car towed 69 miles from the house to a specialty shop in Austin, TX, and I couldn't imagine better service from any other provider, regarless of any minimal variances in costs among providers!! I think I'm a Good-Sam'er for life! Good luck in shopping, and I look forward to your findings. Sorry I can't help with your question for AAA....

I just switched this year after 10 yrs with Good SAM. I even dropped my membership in GS. I signed up with Coach Net. Why? Well GS was always a hassle whenever we had to call them. Not all the time. But enough to piss me off. Also, one year we had to call them 3 times within a few months. We then got a rude letter telling us if our "lack of attention to maintenance" on our coach kept up they would have to drop us from their ERS. So, after hearing a lot of good about CoachNet I decided to switch this year. Have not yet had to call them for anything.

Glenn

I've had Allstate for a number of years and used them on a number of occasions. Twice in one year with my coach sitting in the driveway with a flat. Ran out of fuel in California, flat tire in Mississippi, Had my pickup towed, had my old coach towed to a repair shop, lost a wheel on my boat trailer in Kentucky, flat tire in OH, etc. By the way, all my flats were the result of leaking valve extenders.

They always came through for me. If they can't find someone in the area that is in their network they will give you an authorization number, you find a repair shop and pay the bill and get reimbursed.

I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Had Allstate a number of years ago. Broke down in I 75 in Atlanta. Allstate didn't know you know what from Shinola. They sent three different wreckers before getting one big enough to tow us. Dropped em and went back to CoachNet. I've used them twice in 10 years, great service.
