Hi all anxious to get our new Georgetown on the road. It came w a house size fridge and the salesmen were all excited (me on the other hand am worried). I am just wondering, since we just take short trips, how in the world will I keep the contents from sliding all over the place. Words of advice welcome
put the tall stuff that falls over easy in the door. your beer on the bottom shelf and take your corners and curves easy.
There are spring loaded rods that hold items in place. Camping World as well as most RV stores and probably Walmart carries them. Somewhat of a pain to adjust the shelving but it can be done once you get into the swing of things. Don't worry, just make sure the door is closed tight !!!
I've had a resideltial fridge for 8years now and never had a problem with stuff falling out. Of course, that is with a tandem axle rig which does ride better.
1) Put small Plastic tubs or preferably woven baskets or wire baskets on the shelves to put things in
2)if you have wire grating you can even use velcro strips or small bungie cords to hold things
3) just use the o'l noggin and find things that work
