Hello Folks..
Ole Entry Level (99 Bounder, 39Z) has developed a leak in the passengers side, rear hydraulic leveling cylinder.
The danged leak is directly on top of the upper end of the cylinder. It definitely is not leaking at the lower seal and is not leaking at the hose entry port and not leaking on the hose.
I cannot find a bolt on the top end of this cylinder but the Parts/Repair instructions manual (www.powergearus.com) shows one to be there. It even indicates that there is either a "bolt seal" or an O' ring on the head of the bolt.
I am going to try to unload the hydraulic system and check this bolt/seal/O'ring but I thought it would be nice if anyone else has had this problem with their system.
It is even possible that some one other that Entry Level MH's may have this same Powergear unit on their coach.
This cylinder is P/N #500385.
Thanks in advance...
DD 1999, 39Z Bounder (AKA Ole Entry Level) 2004 Odd-es-sea Honder
